Funding
Training can be funded by your OPCO.
Depending on your company, your branch and the scheme used, your OPCO can fund all or part of the training.
I provide what you need to put your application together, and I help you prepare the file.
Two funding routes
The terms depend on your company's situation and on the training project.
Company funding
Your OPCO
Your OPCO supports companies in funding professional training, on criteria specific to each branch.
Once your need is defined, I send you a detailed proposal with the programme, the objectives, the number of hours and the rate.
The funding application itself is then yours to file with your OPCO.
Depending on the scheme
The employee's CPF
In some situations, a member of staff can also draw on their personal training account for a course eligible for the CPF.
That funding belongs to them, and depends among other things on the training and on the certification prepared.
The file, step by step
- 1
The needs audit
We pin down the members of staff concerned, their levels and the objectives of the training.
- 2
The programme and the quote
I send you a proposal with the objectives, the content, the pace, the duration and the cost of the training.
- 3
The funding application
You file the required items with your OPCO. Terms and timescales vary from one body to another.
- 4
The training
Once the scheme is approved and the agreement signed, the lessons can begin. Attendance is followed all along the course.
- 5
The end-of-training documents
I send you the documents the training provides for and that your file needs.
The documents I provide you with
Depending on the scheme, I can send you:
- the professional training agreement
- the programme with its teaching objectives
- the schedule of sessions
- the attendance sheets
- the completion certificate
- the invoices for the hours delivered
If your OPCO asks for an extra document, we can look together at what is needed before the file is submitted.
My status
Registered trainer in the Occitanie region
My training activity is registered with the administration, and my activity registration number appears on the relevant documents.
The training is Qualiopi-eligible, which is the condition for access to public and pooled funding.
The funding possibilities then depend on the scheme used and on your OPCO's criteria.
